Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday-Sunday: OFF

Payment Processing takes 3 business days.
This does NOT include weekends.
EXAMPLE: (If an item is purchased on a FRIDAY, it will roll over into Monday’s Processing)

SOME items are shipped within 2 days of ordering.
Some are subject to take up to 1 1/2 week to be shipped.
(EXPEDITED orders are SHIPPED OVERNIGHT, once it’s shipped!)

Pre Orders may take 3-4 weeks.

We Ship using USPS. Items do not go out on MAJOR holidays or weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Once your item is in the hands of USPS and you receive tracking, it is no longer OUR responsibility. You will have to contact USPS for any missing, stolen and/or delayed packages. ANY questions regarding your package please contact USPS as well. Hair With A Twist Staff are UNABLE to help you once your package is shipped!
